Hot. Sophisticated. Sabrosa. Sofrito is initially defined as an aromatic mix of herbs and spices, used as a base flavoring and seasoning in Puerto Rican cuisine.

The above photo is something I ordered. It is Rice & Beans with Pernil also known as Pork Shoulder and a side of yellow plantains, but in latin its referred to as “Platano Maduros”.  The meal was definitely a “Yummy For My Tummy” moment, but I was unable to finish it. I recommend eating this with someone else. Overall place is great, good vibe, great food & as you can see GREAT PORTIONS! Remington Approves:)
